Refund Policy

Domestic Orders:

  • Velifes offers free returns & exchanges up to 14 days after the item has arrived*. Note – Fine Jewelry has a 7 day return window.
  • Please contact our team at support@velifes.com who will email you a pre-paid return label.
  • For returns valued over $300, a $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
  • For returns valued over $1500, an additional insurance fee deduction may apply, we will reach out to confirm prior to shipping your order
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days after the return/exchange label has been sent, otherwise your return/exchange will be cancelled.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once the item arrives, please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your refund. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed, allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post on your account.
  • Custom orders and sample pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not accept partial returns for products sold as sets i.e. returning the chain only from a pendant necklace purchase
  • Additional priority or express shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Please double check your address and monitor tracking updates. Orders marked undeliverable or returned to sender will be refunded after a $10 shipping deduction

International Orders:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests for international orders.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us at support@adornpili.com and we will either provide a refund or a replacement as you request.
