Shipping policy
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.
We offer the below shipping methods. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received a tracking link for your order.
US Standard Shipping
- Orders below $150 have 2 available options:
- USPS First Class (4-7 business days) – $5
- USPS Priority (3-5 business days) – $10
- Orders above $150 ship for free with USPS Priority
- Orders above $250 may require signature
- Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
- If your order is urgent and requires an express shipping option, please reach out to us. Express shipping may be available for an additional charge
- Be sure to check your spam folder for confirmation and shipping updates
- Orders returned to sender will be refunded after a $10 shipping deduction
Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s been placed?
Please email us at support@velifes.com with your order number within 24 hours, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
I think my package is lost. What should I do?
If you think your package is lost, email us at support@velifes.com right away with your order number and we’ll try our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that Adorn Pili is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.
International Delivery
- For Canada, United Kingdom and most other international countries shipping charges range between $15-20
- All international orders are shipped via GlobalPost
- Shipping typically takes between 2-4 weeks however there may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays
- There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Adorn Pili is not responsible for any local customs fees/import taxes owed, these are paid by the recipient
